Please be reminded that instructors who are teaching in the winter semester and all departments will be receiving a link from the SRI BLUE system to complete the instructor (Part C) and department questions (Part B) of the evaluation form beginning on Monday, March 18 and ending on Sunday, March 24 at midnight.

SRI Timeline:
March 18 - Departments and Instructors add questions to the form (Question Personalization)
March 24 at midnight - site closes
March 25 - Site opens for student evaluations
April 8 - Site closes
