The students at Halifax West High School have organized their very own TEDx event, coming up on Saturday, November 30th. The event will feature some of the greatest minds in Atlantic Canada, including Dal professors Roberta Barker (Department of Theatre) and Jeff Dahn (Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science).

This independent TED event has been organized almost entirely by high school students and will feature more than ten speakers and performers, including singer/songwriter Mo Kenney, young humanitarian Habiba Cooper Diallo and former Olympian Julia Rivard.
