Is your dependent between the ages of 21-25 and enrolled as a full-time student? Under º£½ÇÉçÇøapp's Blue Cross policy, dependent children between the ages of 21 and 25 may be covered under your family plan. Student dependent coverage ends August 31st each year; dependents must then be re-registered for coverage at the beginning of each school year (September).

It is important that you complete a Student Dependent Registration Form should you wish to maintain coverage for your dependent while they are in school. The student dependent registration form can be found on the Please submit this form to Employee Benefits (Room 150 – Henry Hicks Building) by the end of August for processing.
