Campus flags are being lowered in recognition of both the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women 鈥� the date of the 1989 murder of 14 women at 脡cole Polytechnique in Montreal 鈥� and the anniversary of the 1917 Halifax Explosion.
