Financial information

The Corporate Residency Pathway has several scholarship options available to applicants to help fund their degrees. The salary students earn while completing their 8-month paid work term (Corporate Residency) is an additional means that can help offset the cost of tuition.

Program options

The Corporate Residency Pathway is deliveredÌýfull time, in-person on campus,Ìýover the course of 22 consecutive months.

Following orientation in mid-June, the summer term is spent completing four core courses that provide students with appreciation for the world of business and the fundamental competencies essential for success in today’s business world. You’ll benefit from personal and professional effectiveness sessions designed to help you prepare for your Corporate Residency.

The fall term consists of two more core courses and five foundation courses, that equip students with a strong understanding of key organizational concepts across industries. The term ends with a competitive, immersive, team-based integrative session that challenges you to fully integrate all learning to date. You'll build on skills surrounding sales, negotiation, and teamwork. Faculty members employers work together on these sessions to ensure the highest level of learning and job preparation. Students also go through the recruitment process for Corporate Residencies in this term.

Students start their 8-month Corporate Residency in January, where they will refine the concepts and skills acquired in the classroom and put them into practice in a corporate setting. Year one ends with a collective debriefing of the cohort's residencies to share learnings and celebrate successes.

In addition to completing the final core courses, our curriculum allows you to customize your degree by completing 9–15 credit hours of electives that best suit your career goals. Students have free choice over electives, from the areas of Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Enterprise Analytics. Students may also take electives outside of the Faculty of Management. The official completion of the MBA occurs at Spring Convocation.

Students may have the opportunity for international exchange during the fall semester of second year.
